Chloe has always worked in customer service and retail enjoying working with the public and meeting new people.

At Black Box Chloe’s roles include reception duties such as answering the phones, taking messages, answering emails, ordering stock and greeting visitors to the Black Box HQ. Chloe also assists the service team with its fitted specifications and certificates.

“I wanted to join Black Box as I have previously worked for a fire company so have knowledge of the industry and love building client relationships. I have a good knowledge of the administration required for a position like this and being a quick learner I thought I was perfect for this role. I love that no day is the same which keeps me on my toes!”
