North West based firm, Black Box, has been appointed by Eric Wright Facilities Management (EWFM) to maintain all the current fire and security systems at each of the 16 PFI fire stations across the North West.
The Black Box team has over 30 specialists who provide a full turnkey solution for all fire and security requirements for a large range of national commercial clients and public sector sites. The team will service stations located across Lancashire, Cumbria and Merseyside all of which have been designed, built, financed and are operated by Balfour Beatty Investments.

These sites range in size from a single appliance fire station to multi-appliance stations with additional garaging for special equipment. Some of the sites also include training facilities and office space.
